Purchases:

We typically process orders the day they are received, and ship by the next business day. Please note that we do not ship Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Postage prices are calculated based on weight, value, destination, and carrier service. If you require expedited shipping, courier service, or your order is time-sensitive, please contact us directly for shipping quotes and arrangements.
Time in transit varies by location. Shipping durations are as quoted by the websites of the Postal Service, POST NL, UPS, DHL, or an alternate chosen carrier.
We are not responsible for any delays due to weather, customs inspections, etc., after your package has been delivered to the carrier.

Returns are not accepted, except in cases of incorrect shipment and / or damage and only after prior contact by mail with written permission from the author / publisher Annabel Keijzer.
